Job Description: Production Worker

Our Production Workers are responsible for:

1. Ensuring food waste is minimized and food safety guidelines (Storing Food Properly, FIFO) are always applied.
2. Inspecting raw ingredients for quality.
3. Using commercial kitchen equipment to produce products.
4. Packaging and boxing finished goods for shipping.
5. Maintaining cleanliness of the work area to ensure food safety.
6. Following directions and working well in a team.

Requirements:

• Ability to work at a fast pace throughout the shift.
• Working in a cold environment (35-40 degrees) for extended periods in the warehouse.
• Following all safety guidelines, GMPs, and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently during each shift.
