• Stand for long periods trimming lettuce head, loading the line, watching for foreign objects in the salad, maintaining floors swept and clear of debris.
• Pack the correct number of bags per box and check bag codes/expiry dates.
• Support rework bags and stacking boxes of salads on skids.
• Be punctual and work with co-workers.
