Job summary

Flora Food Group is seeking a Manufacturing Production Training Coordinator to lead our training program in a food manufacturing setting. You will develop Train-the-Trainer sessions, coach instructors, and ensure all records meet GMP and HR requirements.

You will collaborate with HR, Production Supervisors, and Quality to assign training tasks, validate competency, and drive continuous improvement across shifts. A focus on audit readiness and regulatory alignment is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or other regulated production environments.
• GMPs, food safety principles, and quality requirements.
• Strong documentation discipline including HR records, onboarding, and compliance tracking.
• Effective communication, collaboration across teams, and coaching skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions tailored to production processes and safety protocols.
• Coach trainers on instruction, documentation accuracy, and GMP compliance.
• Maintain audit-ready training records aligned with HR and regulatory requirements.
• Assign new hires and transfers to qualified trainers based on skills and certification.
• Validate training delivery and assess on-the-job competency.
• Support audits by providing complete training documentation and process improvements.
