Food Production Technician
Job Description: As a Food Production Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining food processing equipment, ensuring the quality and safety of food products, and following standard operating procedures throughout the production process. Your primary duties will include:
- Operate and monitor food processing equipmentand packaging machines to ensure consistent product quality and efficient production
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on food processing equipment to identify and address any issues or malfunctions
- Collect and analyze data on production yields, product quality, and equipment performance to identify areas for improvement
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot problems and implement process improvements
