Job summary

MiLa is seeking a Food Production Technician to support multiple areas of production in our Sumner, WA plant. You will prepare ingredients, ensure sanitation and operate equipment to create dumplings and other dishes, following USDA standards.

We value reliability, teamwork and a readiness to learn. The role requires full-time hours with potential evening/weekend shifts and a physically demanding environment suitable for team players.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale food preparation and culinary skills.
• Able to learn quickly and follow SOPs.
• Punctual, polite and professional.
• Capable of working independently and taking ownership.
• Willing to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients to be used in dumpling and food production.
• Sanitization and organization of tools and equipment to USDA standards.
• Adherence to SOPs for food safety and quality assurance.
• Operate machinery to prepare soup dumpling and other items.
• Work as a team during production and independently during prep.
• Schedule may include weekends, evenings, holidays, and other hours as business requires.
• Other duties as assigned.
