Job summary

Bridgetown Natural Foods in Tennessee seeks a Production Support team member to assist with daily operation of processing and packaging equipment in a fast-paced facility. You will contribute to safety, quality, and productivity while collaborating with teammates to meet production goals.

The role is entry-level; no prior manufacturing experience is required. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 55 lbs, and commit to a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• This is an entry-level position; no manufacturing experience required but considered.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work successfully with a team.
• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Ability to understand and communicate work instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn company safety practices, GMPs, SOPs and employee handbook.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team setting with flexible scheduling including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Customer- and team-orientation, reliability and attendance standards.

Responsibilities

• Operates in work groups and monitors processes within an assigned area.
• Loads and unloads items from machines and conveyors.
• Feeds materials through production equipment.
• Monitors and inspects products to verify conformance to quality and safety standards.
• Assists in operating equipment while evaluating product or package quality.
• Transfers finished products, raw materials, tools, or equipment between storage and work areas.
• Communicates with supervisors regarding safety, quality, and processing issues.
• Removes products, machine attachments, or waste material as directed.
• Provides cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas.
• Supports health and safety of self and co-workers.
