Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Food manufacturing experience desirable.
• Experience with customer interaction desirable.
• Demonstrate hourly management skills essential.
• Previous supervisory experience desirable.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to plant production associates in safety, machine operation, sanitation, quality and maintenance.
• Adhere to productivity metrics to optimize profitability.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for accuracy, quality and timeliness.
• Train and enforce company policies.
• Communicate policies to hourly personnel clearly.
• Contribute to setting plant budgets, goals and standards.
• Develop production team members through performance management.
• Monitor performance and implement timely improvement actions.
• Foster a positive working environment and uphold food safety and quality standards.
• Report Food Safety and Quality issues promptly to authorized personnel.
