Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams on the shop floor.
• Experience supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs and food safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret production metrics and KPIs.
• Experience with production documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing activities for the assigned shift.
• Communicate production schedules, priorities, and expectations to operators and leads.
• Monitor output, downtime, scrap, labor utilization, and workflow.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, SOPs, and standards.
• Identify gaps and take corrective action.
• Oversee equipment start-up, changeovers, and shutdowns.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
• Maintain consistent execution of production goals.
