Responsibilities

• Oversees departments, assuring production, cleaning, priorities, etc. are being taken care of.
• Assists with training of new employees.
• Works closely with management and Supervisors.
• Ensures all production employees follow safety procedures and policies.
• Reports progress or problems to management.
• Enforces all company rules and maintains confidentiality.
• Adheres to GMP/SQF policies and maintains sanitary conditions.
