Qualifications

• Able to follow production schedules with minimal scrap or spoilage.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Operates processing equipment and monitors controls.
• Willing to train others and fill in for other positions when needed.
• Maintains clean work area and follows GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follows instruction from lead processor or supervisor.
• Keeps to production schedules with minimal scrap/spoilage.
• Monitors equipment controls, temperature meters, valves and adjusts as needed.
• Operates forklift/pallet jack to move ingredients and pallets.
• Assists in cleaning processing areas and equipment.
• Records data pertaining to batches, ingredients used, lot codes, and processing information.
• Transports finished products to drums, totes, or tanks as required.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
