Job summary

This non-exempt role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts, with base pay $18.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Follow GMPs, food safety, quality, and production controls.
• Perform activities in compliance with USDA & FDA regulations.
• Willing to work required hours to execute duties on the Production Worker position.
• Learn established quality and quantity requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with GMPs, food safety, quality, and production controls.
• Perform activities in compliance with all customer and government regulations (USDA, FDA).
• Expected to work the required hours needed to execute the duties and responsibilities of the Production Worker position.
• Requires the ability to learn established quality and quantity requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
