Job summary

Rosina Food Products, Inc. is seeking a General Production Associate to support our production line. You will rotate across stations, ensure accurate preparation, packaging, and labeling of products, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

You will follow instructions, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with your team to meet production goals. Overtime and weekend shifts are required to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of experience in a food manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and work in warm, cold, or humid conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic reading, math, and communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily work instructions and company procedures to complete tasks.
• Inspect and package products according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Label, bundle, and identify finished products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Use PPE and follow GMP guidelines.
• Support quality, food safety, and productivity goals across departments.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Overtime may be required based on production needs.
