Job summary

Torrey Holistics is hiring for a full-time production worker for our Illinois facility. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks on a fast-paced line.

Shifts available include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with AM/PM schedules and weekend rotation. Pay starts at $20.00 per hour, plus shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Weekly pay and opportunities for advancement are noted in the Details section.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic math, reading, and mechanical aptitude skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and quality guidelines.
• Perform routine checks to ensure machinery functions properly.
• Accurately complete production logs, documentation, and inventory records.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate production issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
