Job summary

The True Blue Company, LLC in Muncy, PA is hiring Food Manufacturing Machine Operators to support packaging and sealing food products in a warehouse environment. We offer full-time and part-time roles with Monday-Friday schedules, weekly pay, and medical and dental benefits.

Shifts include 1st and 2nd, with various hours and paid training. Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, direct deposit pay options, and more. The hourly rate ranges from $17.25 to $18.85.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Good hand packing, inspections and quality checks.
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tri-Seal production line stations to support safe, efficient manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Perform packing, hand packing, rework, inspections, and visual quality checks to ensure compliance with manufacturing quality standards.
• Assist with line clearances, changeovers, and minor equipment adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Support 5S workplace organization and perform routine lubrication checks under the supervision of plant technicians.
• Move, stage, and handle raw materials, work in process (WIP), finished goods, and product returns to maintain production flow.
• Follow safety, quality, production, and operational procedures while contributing to daily production goals.
