Job summary

D Dairy Farmers of America seeks a dependable Machine Operator for our Mechanicsburg, PA facility. Shift options include day 6:00am–6:30pm and night 6:00pm–6:30am on 12-hour shifts, with a three- or four-day weekly schedule and occasional Sundays. Earn $26.00 per hour and access to wages on-demand.

Responsibilities include operating automated packaging, labeling, and depalletizing equipment, plus maintenance, safety, and quality tasks. Equal opportunity employer with strong teamwork expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and apply to plant environment.
• Be an effective communicator and team player.
• Basic PC skills and literacy in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for automated packaging, labeling, palletizing or depalletizing.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Maintain production records (written and computer-based).
• Review charts, screens and quality check sheets.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation to maintain equipment.
