Job summary

Kikkoman Foods, Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Missouri to support production lines and sanitation tasks. You will operate machinery, handle materials, and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include forklifting raw materials, loading lines with hoists, recording data, and assisting in machinery changeovers. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects.
• Comfortable working in environments that require frequent bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in the manufacturing process, ensuring production goals are met.
• Safely operate a forklift to transport raw materials and other items.
• Use of electric hoists, forklifts and other lifting devices to load materials on line.
• Record and report various production data.
• Comply with all established SOPs, GMP/HACCP rules and safety guidelines.
• Comply with all departmental & company-wide food safety policies & procedures.
• Responsible to report actual or potential food safety concerns to upper management.
• Other duties as assigned.
