Qualifications

• Speak, read, and write basic English.
• Understand arithmetic and basic mathematics.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 55 lb repeatedly.
• Follow procedures for operation, safety, and quality.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.

• Ability to conduct food testing by protocol.

Responsibilities

• Operate a semi-automated food ingredient processing system with team members.
• Perform repetitive heavy lifting, machinery and forklift operation.
• Complete paperwork, label containers, and monitor gauges for adjustments.
• Conduct basic lab analysis procedures and ensure safe, high-quality output.
• Work in environments that may be loud, dusty, or variable in temperature while wearing required PPE.
• Arrive on time and perform tasks accurately with focus and concentration.
