Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Production Mixer to prepare and mix ingredients for food product assembly. You will follow blend sheets, record production data, and operate equipment such as kettles, pumps, dye mixers and mills.

Candidates should be able to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and maintain food safety and GMP compliance. Training is provided, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• No minimum education; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Some experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assemble ingredients and record on production paperwork.
• Follow blend sheets to ensure product accuracy.
• Mix and blend ingredients to match customer specs.
• Operate production equipment (kettles, pumps, dye mixers, mills).
• Complete production paperwork accurately and timely.
• Adhere to sanitization, GMP, and safety policies.
