Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing; food production experience is a plus.
• Mechanical savvy with ability to diagnose basic equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and closely monitor production and packaging machinery.
• Handle basic changeovers and troubleshoot downtime to minimize delays.
• Record counts, quality checks, and production details; clean equipment and maintain safety.
