Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic math and reading; mechanical aptitude.
• Detail orientation and strong safety awareness.
• Capable of working quickly with minimal supervision.
• Weekend availability as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload materials into/out of production equipment.
• Operate and monitor machines; perform basic troubleshooting.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality specifications.
• Conduct routine checks to verify equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate production logs and inventory entries.
• Flag production issues early and collaborate on solutions.
• Uphold a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
