Responsibilities

• Build daily schedules and assign associates across multiple production lines.
• Confirm codes and conduct machine/equipment checks at shift start.
• Train team members on role expectations and safety procedures.
• Support line set-ups, changeovers, and smooth handoffs.
• Complete daily documentation and enter critical data into systems.
• Safeguard product quality while driving process improvements.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve safety risks.
