Job summary

Teasdale Latin Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor in Carrollton, TX to oversee manufacturing operations and lead a team of production workers. You will ensure schedules are met, uphold GMP and food safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across the line.

Responsibilities include coordinating production activities, training staff, maintaining records, and collaborating with maintenance, QA, and logistics to meet customer demand and quality goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food production processes, food safety regulations, and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production workers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Plan and coordinate production activities, allocate resources, setup equipment, and optimize workflow.
• Monitor production processes for safety, GMP compliance, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules and plans with the manager.
• Inspect production areas, equipment, and facilities for maintenance, safety, or quality issues; take corrective actions.
