Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load large volumes of raw cut product into designated baskets.
• Operate overhead hoists for lifting and move materials safely.
• Cut and breakdown product using hydra slicer machine.
• Assist in making batches of product and load into cookers.
• Maintain production records for each shift.
• Wash and sanitize all equipment used and keep area clean.
