Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Production Associate to support food product manufacturing on a fast-paced line. The role involves operating and monitoring conveyors, fillers, sealers, and packaging machinery, while following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

You will inspect products for quality at multiple stages, assist with setup and changeovers, and maintain accurate production records. A pre-employment background check and PPE compliance are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in food production/manufacturing.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment background check and PPE compliance required.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor production line equipment (conveyors, fillers, sealers, packaging).
• Conduct visual inspections for defects and quality.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments per production schedules.
• Record production data and maintain logs of equipment performance, output, and quality checks.
