Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate food production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Package, label, and palletize finished products according to specifications.
• Inspect products to ensure quality, accuracy, and food safety compliance.
• Follow GMP, sanitation, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting activities.
• Monitor production lines and report equipment issues, downtime, or quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate production, safety, and quality records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
