Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Denver/New Holland is seeking Food Production Associates for 1st, 2nd, and mid shifts. Start as soon as possible with steady hours and competitive pay.

Position involves loading/unloading, labeling, and maintaining product quality in climate-controlled environments. Lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional 150 lb pushes; must read and communicate in English; prior production experience preferred; weekly pay and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be flexible with shift assignments and schedule changes.
• Able to lift 40-50 lbs and push/pull materials up to 150 lbs.
• Work in temperature-controlled environments including 35–40°F conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food production operations, loading/unloading equipment and conveyors.
• Accurately label products and verify codes and production information.
• Work in temperature-controlled and refrigerated environments as required.
• Safely lift to 40-50 lbs. and push/pull carts or materials up to 150lbs.
• Work in a climate controlled area with cold temperatures of 35-40 degrees in production of bold products.
• Support team operations in a fast-paced production, kitchen, bakery, or food preparation environment.
• Prepare, portion, package, and organize food products while following company quality and food safety standards.

Hiring Food Production Associates $16 - $17.50 per hour

Location: Denver/New Holland Pay Rate: $16 - $17.50 Schedule 1st Shift, Monday - Sundays (with two days off), 6am-2:30pm | 2nd Shift, 2:30pm-11pm | Mid Shifts

• Assist with food production operations, including loading and unloading equipment and conveyor systems

Job Requirements 1st shift and 2nd shift and Mid shifts Food Production Associates

• 1+ Years of prior manufacturing or production strongly preferred.(Food manufacturing preferred; other industrial or assembly experience will be considered)

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for safety reasons and work in a refrigerated environment (30-40 degrees) for extended periods of time. Consistent employment record

• Must be flexible with shift assignments and schedule changes based on operational needs.
