Food Production Night Shift Fremont, NE | $22.00/hour | Temp-to-Hire

Looking for a solid-paying production job in FREMONT? We re hiring Food Production Utility Workers for a growing production facility located in Fremont, Nebraska. Earn $22.00/hour working a 12-hour rotating night schedule with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment.

Pay & Schedule $22.00/hour includes night shift differential 6: 00 PM 6: 30 AM 12-hour night shifts Rotating 2-2-3 schedule Temp-to-hire opportunity Location: Fremont, NE The 2-2-3 schedule gives you a predictable rotation with multiple days off throughout the month.

What You ll Do

As a Production Utility Worker, you ll help keep production and packaging operations running efficiently. You ll be trained in multiple areas and should be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

• Supply packaging lines with bags, boxes and other materials
• Operate lift trucks to transport finished products, packaging and raw materials
• Move finished products from production lines to warehouse areas
• Properly label skids of materials and finished products
• Support production teams as needed throughout the facility
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety procedures and company safety requirements
• Help the plant meet daily production goals
• Perform other basic production duties as assigned

What We re Looking For
