Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years in commercialization, product development or technical project management within consumer packaged goods (CPG) or food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization initiatives and new product launches.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and execution.
• Own product strategy and portfolio roadmap across defined channels and customers.
• Ensure on-time, in-full launches with adherence to cost targets and manufacturability.
• Maintain governance through Stage Gate processes and accurate PLM documentation.
