Job summary

Shearer's Foods in Massillon, OH is seeking a Commercialization Manager to bridge innovation and execution in a fast-paced snacks manufacturer. You will lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and manage product portfolios, ensuring ROTIF delivery and governance adherence.

Responsibilities include driving customer-focused innovation, aligning roadmaps with R&D and Commercial teams, and delivering end-to-end commercialization improvements while managing cost and timelines across supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Food Science, Engineering, Operations).
• 5 years in commercialization, product development or technical project management in CPG/food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication and change-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management and customer innovation, partnering with Sales and Commercial Development.
• Own stage-gate governance and ensure on-time, within-budget launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, QA, Regulatory, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain data integrity for parts and BOMs, drive continuous improvement in processes.
