Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• 3–5 years manufacturing, high speed packaging, or food manufacturing experience.
• 2–5 years successful leadership experience with cross-level coordination.
• Basic math skills and metric conversions.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Forklift certification and LOTo training required.
• Competency in coaching and process management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily processing operations to hit production goals, efficiency, and quality.
• Ensure USDA and GMP compliance for all products and processes.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure proper staffing, line assignments, and workflow to meet schedules.
• Identify operational issues in real time to minimize downtime.
• Report safety, quality, and food safety concerns and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and other departments for optimization.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production and compliance activities.
• Communicate clearly with staff and leadership about daily operations.
