Job summary

Europastry USA in Laurens, SC is seeking a Sanitation Technician to clean and sanitize food processing equipment and related surfaces in line with GMP and health standards. You will perform TPM tasks, document via CMMS, and support production and sanitation teams as needed.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work in hot, cold, wet, and loud environments while maintaining safety practices and timely records.

Qualifications

• Adhere to GMP and OSHA standards.
• Ability to perform physically demanding sanitation tasks.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and extended periods of standing.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize equipment, conveyors, and related surfaces per company standards.
• Perform TPM tasks and document activity via the CMMS.
• Assist production and sanitation teams as needed by supervisor.
• Inspect and clean food processing equipment, including Coating Room and related systems.
• Participate in sanitation trainings and follow SOPs.
