Job summary

Latitude 36 Foods is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead the sanitation team in a clean, safe, and compliant food processing environment in Corona, CA.

You will ensure GMPs and SQF compliance, train staff, maintain SSOPs, coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance and Maintenance, manage sanitation records, and drive cost‑effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime. Exempt, full-time position with flexible shift and strong teamwork requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years related experience and/or training in food manufacturing or industrial sanitation procedures.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sanitation supervisory experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with industrial sanitation equipment, chemical usage, safety protocols, sanitation audits and regulatory inspections is preferred.
• HACCP and SQF certifications are preferred.
• FDA and/or USDA experience or both are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure “Safety First” is always practiced and observes and adheres to all job safety rules.
• Directs cleaning of equipment and work areas in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintains sanitation records in SF360 and develops KPI reports.
• Oversee the safe and proper handling, storage, and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Leads, mentors, and develops the sanitation team, fostering accountability and food safety.
