Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of CapEx/project management experience in a food production environment, strong communication skills, and travel ~30% to support Iowa locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with CapEx projects, maintenance, equipment/process design in food production.
• Experience with project management across multiple sites and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, program manage and implement equipment/process/building/utility installations within the integrated supply chain.
• Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate projects with contractors and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with facilities on equipment/layout challenges and capacity improvements.
• Travel approximately 30% to Iowa locations as projects demand.
