Job summary

MSCCN in Nebraska is seeking a Process Engineer to lead development, optimization, and improving manufacturing processes for safe, cost-effective production of high-quality food products.

You will collaborate with Operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, support audits, and manage data analysis to reduce waste and boost productivity. A related engineering bachelor's degree is required; food/beverage experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
• Proven track record leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, yield and cost savings.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product launches through process capability evaluation.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
