Job summary

Aramark at Harding University in Searcy, AR is seeking a Food Prep Worker to support meal production at the campus dining facility. You will prepare and portion food items using standardized recipes and maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety in accordance with Aramark standards.

Responsibilities include following prep lists, rotating stock for quality and freshness, and ensuring correct labeling and storage of leftovers.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year prep work or food service-related work preferred.
• Knowledge of food prep, proper knife handling, temperature control, and sanitation is helpful.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication with others.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
