Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, weigh, and measure hot and cold food items according to requisitions and recipe specifications to ensure consistency and timely delivery.
• Ensure and verify product quality for taste, appearance, and freshness; label items accurately with expiration dates and segregate and route products to appropriate locations based on requisitions.
• Set up, operate, break down, and sanitize food production equipment in compliance with regulatory guidelines; maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Monitor and record food temperatures and holding times; rotate inventory using FIFO method and complete documentation to ensure food safety compliance.
• Manage high-volume production to meet deadlines and productivity goals; communicate and collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to resolve issues, request supplies, and support smooth operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
