Job summary

New Morning Market in Connecticut is seeking a team member to assist with food prep and production, following established procedures to prep, pack and label items according to the production schedule.

• Participate in food prep and/or production for the department and others as directed.
• Following established procedures, prep, pack and label food items according to assigned production schedule.
• Able to work with all products required to satisfy the assigned production list.
• Ensure that food items are dated, stocked, rotated and all out of date items are removed.
• Adhere to safe food handling procedures at the prep station, walk-in and waste management areas.
