Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles including planning and organizing, resource management and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly.
• Ability to work as scheduled including arriving on time.
• Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers, grills, ovens or related tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and greet customers entering the area.
• Maintain inventory, rotate stock, and ensure displays are clean and properly priced.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages as required.
• Follow safety, health, and cleanliness guidelines in all duties.
• Assist training of new associates and coach team on customer service techniques.
