Job summary

GF Hotels & Resorts is seeking an enthusiastic food prep worker to support our kitchen team by stocking, preparing, and measuring condiments and ingredients for our chef. You will read recipe instructions and labels in English, operate common kitchen equipment, and maintain a clean, organized workstation following safety protocols.

The role emphasizes the ability to take directions with minimal supervision, a positive attitude, and good organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Some experience and an associate's degree are preferred but not required.
• Must read recipe instructions and labels in English.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment and sharp knives safely.

Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic food prep worker who can deliver outstanding results in the kitchen, prepping meals for our chef/cook. Your main responsibilities will be to stock, prepare, and measure condiments, and slice and dice food. You’ll keep your workstation and equipment clean and follow all required safety protocols. Good organizational skills, the ability to take directions well, and the ability to read recipe instructions and labels in English, as well as handle a variety of kitchen equipment, sharp knives, and measuring tools are required. Some experience and an associate's degree are preferred but not required. If you are a positive self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, we want to meet you!

Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
