Harding's Family Restaurant in Charleston, WV is seeking an enthusiastic food prep worker to join our kitchen team. The main responsibilities include stocking, preparing, and measuring condiments, as well as slicing and dicing foods. Maintaining a clean workstation and following safety protocols are essential.

Required skills include good organization, ability to follow directions, read recipe instructions and labels in English, and handle kitchen equipment safely. Responsibilities

1. Assist cooks with preparing simple menu items.
2. Follow COVID-19 safety protocols and food safety guidelines.
3. Use correct amounts of condiments, wash and prepare fruits and vegetables, slice meats, and mix sauces.
4. Perform basic cooking tasks such as brewing coffee or tea, preparing soups, and reducing sauces.
5. Understand and follow recipe instructions, measurements, and labels in English, using measuring tools properly.
6. Keep the prep area and workstation clean and sanitized.

Qualifications
