Riverence Provisions in Idaho seeks a sanitation-focused specialist for the processing plant. You will lead total sanitation of production areas and lines including packaging and evisceration, ensuring removal of all product and by-product materials and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, applying chemical cleaners, inspecting areas for cleanliness, coordinating with maintenance, and maintaining housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with leadership and co-workers.
• Experience in food manufacturing or an industrial plant preferred.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Remove screens and covers from processing equipment for cleaning purposes.
• Operate a high-pressure hot water spray gun to rinse off food particles and remove foamed chemicals.
• Operate a mechanical foaming unit to apply cleaning compounds.
• Know which chemicals to use where for cleaning.
• Hand scrub areas not fully cleaned with foaming cleaner.
• Rinse equipment, floors and ceilings with high-volume cold water.
