Pero Family Farms is seeking a Sanitation Worker in Hanover, PA to maintain consistent cleaning of plant and food equipment. The role supports food safety and GMP requirements in a fast-paced production environment.

Benefits include a sign-on bonus of $300 after 90 days, plus standard company benefits. Typical shifts are full-time onsite with overtime as needed to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Education / G.E.D. preferred or applicable certification.
• Understanding of Produce Standards or basic produce experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft Office: Excel, Word - basic computer skills.
• Working knowledge of English and basic math.
• Ability to interact with management.

Responsibilities

• Dry cleaning, garbage removal and janitorial activities.
• Wet cleaning to include rinsing, soap application, and scrubbing.
• Work with soaps / other cleaning chemicals.
• Other duties as required.
