Pero Family Farms is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician in Hanover, PA to maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems in a fresh-food production environment. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and is full-time, onsite, and non-exempt.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, strong knowledge of electrical systems and automation, and proficiency with electrical testing equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical electrical cert preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Tech in industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial controls, and automation.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical issues and repair promptly to minimize downtime.
• Replace or repair defective components such as motors, sensors, switches, circuit boards, welding, or fabrication.
• Repair machinery and facilities.
• Install new electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures per specs and codes.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to identify faults.
