Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Sanitation Operator in a food manufacturing setting in Wisconsin. You will maintain GMP standards, follow master sanitation schedules, and work under the Sanitation Manager and Team Lead. The role includes daily cleaning tasks, equipment operation, and documentation throughout shifts.

Requirements include a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to read and follow SOPs. Weekend work and lifting up to 50 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in production areas, offices, and restrooms.
• Operate floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs and sanitation protocols to prevent cross‑contamination.
• Dispose of waste per regulations and maintain sanitation supplies.
• Complete shift reports and assist inventory management.
• Notify management of maintenance or safety issues.
• Attend Tier 1 shift meetings and operate forklift/scissorlift with training.
