Job summary

Reporting to the Region President, you will own P&L, develop budgets, drive continuous improvement, and manage staffing, SOPs, and safety programs across the plant.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of plant leadership, Lean manufacturing experience, and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 10+ years of operational leadership in food manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years plant leadership in food production, manufacturing, costing, and distribution.
• Lean manufacturing experience and cost management are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide facility leadership and general management.
• Own P&L and budgeting for the plant.
• Develop processes to maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and performance documentation.
• Standardize procedures and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead DOT compliance in transportation.
