Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting including pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Experience with motors, VFDs, instrumentation, and industrial control panels.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial automation troubleshooting.
• Experience using CMMS to document maintenance work.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive maintenance and support reliability improvements.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures.
• Replace and align motors, pumps, belts, bearings, gearboxes, and related components.
• Read electrical schematics and ladder logic; support PLC troubleshooting.
• Assist with system upgrades, commissioning, and validation in food manufacturing.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensure compliance with LOTO/OSHA/GMP.
