Job summary

AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is seeking an energetic Food Packer for a part-time role in Akron, OH. The position features 4am starts on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with other days varying; Sundays are not worked.

Duties include assembling and filling orders, receiving shipments, verifying product quantities, maintaining inventories, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Excellent team culture and growth opportunities offered.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Food Packer.

This is a part-time position in Akron, OH. Wednesday and Saturdays are a 4am start time. Other 3 days a week can vary. No Sundays.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped
• Receive products coming into the warehouse
• Verify quantity and description of products
• Maintain accurate physical inventories
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. cleanliness, safety concerns, or security concerns)
• Lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Move, walk, bend, reach, and grasp on a regular basis while loading trays with food products
• Comply with all AVI policies and procedures, including but not limited to security procedures
• Follow all safety and security procedures without deviation
