AVI Foodsystems in Akron, OH is seeking a part-time Food Packer. The role involves assembling and filling orders to be shipped, receiving products, and maintaining inventory in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped.
• Receive products coming into the warehouse.
• Verify quantity and description of products.
• Maintain accurate physical inventories.
• Communicate issues to management (e.g., cleanliness, safety, security).
• Lift, carry or move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Move, walk, bend, reach and grasp while loading trays with food products.
• Comply with AVI policies and procedures, including security procedures.
• Follow all safety and security procedures without deviation.

HEADQUARTERS SERVICE CENTER

Food Packer.

This is a part-time position in Akron, OH. Wednesday and Saturdays are a 4am start time. Other 3 days a week can vary. No Sundays.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped
• Receive products coming into the warehouse
• Verify quantity and description of products
• Maintain accurate physical inventories
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. cleanliness, safety concerns, or security concerns)
• Lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Move, walk, bend, reach, and grasp on a regular basis while loading trays with food products
• Comply with all AVI policies and procedures, including but not limited to security procedures
• Follow all safety and security procedures without deviation
