Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Worker in New York. The role supports distribution and receiving in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Previous large food warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all functions of the distribution and receiving for the warehouse.
• Receive products coming into the warehouse.
• Verify quantity and description of products.
• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped.
• Stock incoming orders.
• Maintain accurate physical inventories.
• Ensure all distribution and receiving in a timely and orderly manner.
• Follow proper receiving procedures.
• Comply with all AVI policies and procedures, including but not limited to security procedures.
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. cleanliness, safety concerns, or security concerns)

Warehouse Worker, Part-time. Saturdays required.

The pay for this position is: $17/hr.
