Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking a production associate to hand roll and wrap tortillas, and to pack finished products for case packing on the swing shift. You will operate packaging equipment, assemble cartons, and ensure GMPs and quality standards are met while maintaining an efficient production flow.

Responsibilities include receiving and packaging food products, rotating with the tortilla placer, and performing related duties.

Qualifications

• Must follow all safety and GMP rules.
• Ability to learn and operate packaging equipment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to understand and follow written SSOPs/MSDS.

Responsibilities

• Receive conveyed food product and hand wrap tortillas (52–60 per minute).
• Obtain frozen items from carousel and pack them as required.
• Rotate with tortilla placer as needed.
• Assemble cartons and seal them.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
